Steve Dougherty, CPA, MS-Tax earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, San Diego in 1983 and earned his Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate License in 1986. He received his Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1997. He has provided expert witness testimony and support on over a dozen cases in local area courts. As a frequent speaker at tax law updates, Steve provides presentations to corporations, associations and service clubs, as well other CPAs.

Mr. Dougherty is also very active in the community serving on several boards and commissions including Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Mary’s High School and Emergency Food Bank of Stockton/San Joaquin. He is also active with racquetball, pickleball, running and golf. He shares his life with his wife and their three children.

Lisa Dougherty, CPA, graduated from Fresno State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, with a concentration in Accounting. She earned her Certified Public Accountant License in 1996.

Her professional affiliations include:

• Lambda Theta Phi - Womens Service Club

Mrs. Dougherty is very active in the community and enjoys playing pickleball. She especially loves spending time with her family.

Don Brecher, EA graduated from Humphrey’s College, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 2008 and earned his Enrolled Agent designation in 2017.

Mr. Brecher has been married for over 27 years and has three children. He enjoys traveling, biking and taking walks with his wife and his pet dog, Oreo.

Don’s personal commitment is "to apply a personal touch and to provide the best possible tax advantage for all clients."

Donna Rich earned her education via the "school of hard knocks method" with over 45 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Accounting with honors from San Joaquin Delta Community College. Ms. Rich has a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation and is committed to providing the best possible service to clients. She is an expert in Quick Books and is happy to help clients with any questions they may have. Her motto is there is no such thing as a stupid question!!

Ms. Rich is currently raising her three grandchildren (all teenagers!) She also has two cats and a dog! She loves to volunteer her services for multiple community organizations and meet new people.

Courtney Castello, CPA earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University in 2021. She received her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2022 and earned her Certified Public Accountant in 2024.

Miss Castello grew up in Tracy. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping her father work on the cattle ranch.

Courtney’s promise is "to apply my knowledge and provide excellent CPA services to our clients."

Dahlia Macciocchi has been working in the accounting industry for 21 years and is the administrative support member of the team.

Mrs. Macciocchi grew up in Patterson and moved to Stockton in 2004 with her children. She enjoys family time and traveling with her husband James of 12 years. Together they have 9 children and 4 grandchildren.

Dahlia’s promise is "to provide the highest standard of customer service to our clientele while supporting the team to achieve superior satisfaction."
